ZONE'S DECKING PANEL is the centre of a formwork and reinforcement system for concrete slab construction. It is profiled steel sheeting widely accepted by the building construction industry to be highly economical, versatile and robust. It has been used to great effect on many major building projects, as well as countless small ones, such as in place of conventional shuttering for speedy execution of reinforced concrete construction, for roofing and side cladding for industrial building and warehouses and for composite floor decking for reinforced concrete slabs in order to save reinforcement and erection time.

ZONE'S DECKING PANEL profiles are rolled out in four ribs maintaining proper design solution and optimization between extra stiffness and materials consumption with 810mm [31.89"] finished sheet width, 715mm [28.15"]covered width and 1000mm [39.37"] feeding width. Sheets are custom roll-formed to suit given site measurements to a maximum length of 12m (appx. 40'-0"). Depending on site accessibility for delivery, sheet lengths between 12m and 21m require special transportation.

Tolerance: Length ±5 mm, Cover Width ±2mm and Rib Height ±1mm.

ZONE'S DECKING PANEL is manufactured from tested Galvanized or Pre-painted coils as per ASTM & ASI397 grade G-345. It can be roll-formed from hot dipped, zinc-coated, high tensile steel. DECKING PANEL profiles are rolled out in thickness varying from 0.45 mm to 1.00 mm and with length having from 600 mm to 12000 mm.
